Delete your account

Astrologers: open the Grahyog Astrologer app, go to Account, then Delete my account, and confirm.

Customers: sign in on this website or in the Grahyog app, open your profile and choose Delete my account.

You can also write to us from the phone number on the account (see the contact details below) and ask us to delete it.

• Your profile, profile photo, gallery pictures and the identity and bank documents you uploaded.
• Your saved birth details and the charts calculated from them.
• Your follows, saved choices and device push addresses. Reviews you wrote stay without your name.
• You are signed out everywhere and the account cannot be used again.

Some records are kept because the law or a dispute needs them: payment and payout records, tax details such as PAN and TDS, support tickets, and the records of consultations (including chat history and call recordings of consultations that took place). They are kept only for these purposes. Our Privacy Policy explains how long and why.

An astrologer account cannot be deleted while a consultation is going on, earnings are still unpaid, or a payout is on its way. Once these are done, deletion works. A customer with money in the wallet should use it first: the wallet cannot be paid out in cash.
